No Es Pituko, Rosé (2023)

Curicó Valley, Chile. 100% País. Sustainably farmed. No additives, no sulfites, unfiltered and unfined—just wild-fermented, no-nonsense rosé from one of Chile’s oldest wine families. Bright and bone-dry with a hit of cranberry up front, wet stone on the finish, and a little prickly pear funk thanks to the wild fermentation. Once it breathes, the slight fizz mellows out and fresh red berry notes come through. Part of the No Es Pituko line, aka “it ain’t fancy,” but it is super drinkable.
