Scarpa Wraps
Wraps whatever it fits Three times around the wrist Twice around the neck or bicep Or once around the waist A hand-carved wrap is truly sculptural. The patterns are cut and molded into the leather using just a few traditional leather carving tools - swivel knife, edge creaser, and modeling spoon - to create one-of-a-kind wearable art. Scarpa patterns are restrained and elegant - designs inspired by the architecture of Carlo Scarpa. The sharp louvred ridges and precise geometry are cut and sculpted into the leather entirely by hand. The result is truly one-of-a-kind and unmistakable. -Wraps come in two widths; a ribbon-thin 1/2" or stouter 3/4".-Wraps are made-to-order in the width, pattern, color, and hardware of your choosing.-100% handmade in the artist’s studio, from the first cut to the final finish coat.-Made with Wickett & Craig carving leather - one of two natural tanneries left in the US.
