Ron Bourbundy

This unique 8+ year wheated bourbon drinks much older than its age and is unlike anything we've released before. The base of this blend is a high rye bourbon single barrel that we fell in love with. We then added 2% of a 9 year wheat whiskey to round out this classy, sophisticated dram.  Nose:  Many leather-bound books, rich mahogany, old library stacks, antiqued goods, sweet oak, vanilla buttercream, orange and lemon citrus, brown sugar, molasses, butterscotch, and sweet tea with honey. Palate:  Oak, leather, molasses, maple, brown sugar, butterscotch, honey graham, tea, orange and lemon citrus, PayDay candy, vanilla bean, cola, sandalwood, and baking spice. Finish:  Antique funk, sweet oak, aged worn leather, dark molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla cola, white pepper, rye spice, and a slight dryness with sweetness until the end. Bottled at cask strength of 120 proof.  Distillery pick up only within 30 days.  No shipping.  Limit 2 bottles per person.
