Thank you.** The Covenant is an 8-year-old bourbon drawn from a Heaven Hill barrel and built on a classic mash bill of 78% corn, 12% rye, and 10% malted barley. Patient aging and careful selection come together to deliver a whiskey with timeless appeal, crafted for those who value tradition, balance, and a sense of purpose in every pour. Nose - Sweet oak, peanut brittle, caramel, cocoa, vanilla, sweet tea, and tobacco. Palate - Peanut brittle, chocolate, vanilla bean, maple, caramel, oak, and cinnamon. Finish - Dusty oak, molasses, PayDay Candy, tea, tobacco, cocoa, and cinnamon sugar. Bottled at cask strength of 110.2  proof.  Distillery pick up only.  NO SHIPPING. Limit 2 per person.
