Epilogue is the final chapter of the first 18 year old Barton single barrel we released at The Whiskey Blendery.  Upon completion, we refilled the barrel with a 7 and a half year Green River Whiskey that finished in the Texas Summer for 5 weeks. The result is a fruity, complex bourbon that drinks well above its age.  Nose:  Apple, cherry, orange, lemon, pear, grape, raspberry, tea, brown sugar, maple, honey graham, and oak.
