TITW Presale: Apple of My Rye

We're excited to release a collaboration with This Is The Way for this exceptional 8.5 year Single Barrel of 95% Rye whiskey finished in a fresh Apple Brandy Cask. Less than 70 bottles are available. Nose:  Freshly baked multi-grain bread, honeydew melon, green apple, cracked pink peppercorn, citrus zest. Palate:  Baking spice, stewed apples, nutmeg, flakey pie crust, yeast rolls, subtle cinnamon. Finish:  Lightly spiced baked apples, buttery rye bread lingers and hugs with a pleasant warmth. Bottled at 118.6 proof and available for pick-up as soon as Wednesday, June 12th at 12PM Noon.  TITW will be hosting a happy hour and bottle share at The Blendery from 3-6PM on Wednesday, June 19th.  Distillery and proxy pick up only.  No shipping.
