Apple of My Rye:   Nose:  Freshly baked multi-grain bread, honeydew melon, green apple, cracked pink peppercorn, citrus zest. Palate:  Baking spice, stewed apples, nutmeg, flakey pie crust, yeast rolls, subtle cinnamon. Finish:  Lightly spiced baked apples, buttery rye bread lingers and hugs with a pleasant warmth. The Sherry Strikes Back:   Nose:  An explosion of fruit, including plum, raisin, apple, date and dried cranberries.  Undertones of freshly baked bread and allspice.
