Nose:  White grape, green apple, red apple, port wine, lemon citrus, honey, buttercream, maple, caramel, oak, mint, baking spice. Palate:  Green and red apple, cherry, white grape, honey, port wine, lemon citrus, orange rind, maple, caramel, buttercream, mint, anise. Finish:  Green apple, white grape, cherry, port wine, honey, maple, buttercream, burnt sugar, lemon citrus, mint, anise, orange rind, nutmeg, and oak. Bottled at cask strength of 121.6
