Turkey barrel to finish for nearly 6 weeks.  The flavor profile of the 15 year Kentucky Bourbon barrel that aged the group’s previous bottling imparted its influence on an exceptional single barrel and accentuated and enhanced the approachability.  This pour is the best of fruit sweet notes, barrel forward experienced oak and baking spices all in one.
