Warm Apple Pie 3.0 is the third iteration of a special collaboration between Mckinney Bourbon Collective and The Whiskey Blendery.  We begin with an 8.8 year old Double Jeopardy (our oldest DJ to date) finished in a fresh Apple Brandy barrel, before a tasteful flash of Amburana wood to complete the profile.  The resulting expression is a delicious and cohesive pour, reminiscent of homemade apple pie. Nose - Cinnamon, maple, brown sugar, stewed apples, vanilla, Apple Flambe, lemon, graham cracker, and oak.    Palate - Caramel apple, cinnamon sugar, maple, graham cracker crust, sweet vanilla, molasses, citrus, and oak.   Finish - Ground cinnamon, brown sugar, maple, nutmeg, sweet tea, Honey Crisp Apple, toffee, oak, and sweet tobacco.   Bottled at 122.6 proof.  Distillery pick up only.
