Herbal aromas, encompass subtle hints of tropical pear and pineapple in a bouquet of delicate jasmine and acacia flowers. The palate is crisp and elegant, joined by pleasant acidity and stone fruit flavors. A lighter bodied wine, yet still layered with enough bright fruit and soft spice to please a full crowd.  100% Torrontés varietal Caldwell Family Vines is a Black-owned micro-producer of unique Argentinian Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Franc Rosé wines, among others. We call our wines VeTres (“vay tres”). The name starts from the stamp on our barrels, “VIII”, which is stylized on our single varietal bottles by a “V” (representing our multi-decade marriage) and three (“tres”) bars (representing our kids) coming up, through and beyond us.  We love making for your (and our!) enjoyment deliciously complex, yet elegant, fruit forward wines from our organically farmed, hand-harvested grapes in the Uco Valley in the foothills of the Andes Mountains.   Wine is made to share.
