Nourish Yourself During the lunch break, you'll enjoy a delicious, cozy meal and great conversation with friends. Plus, you can try out the self-guided activities to practice mindfulness and connect mind, body, and soul. Join us from 12 - 1 pm on February 21 for this nourishing time as part of Winter Wellness Weekend at The Perch! When you register for this, you'll only be registered for the Lunch Break from 12-1 pm.
