Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids
Breathe and Stretch With Me! Join me for a special yoga and mindfulness class just for kids ages 5-11! We'll learn empowering yoga poses, relaxing yoga poses, and simple mindfulness tools. This class is perfect for kids who want to begin their yoga journey, learn about mindfulness, or simply move their body with other kids their age. Join me select Fridays this fall from 10 - 10:45 am! Kids are invited to wear comfortable clothing they can move around in (i.e., yoga clothes, sweatpants, or other clothing you'd wear to the gym). Yoga classes will be on the gentle side and accessible to all. They are especially created for kids. If you have a yoga mat, you're encouraged to bring it, but I have plenty to share if you don't have one. Kids will have the opportunity to take off their shoes, so please plan accordingly.
