Yoga for Beating Holiday Stress
Feel grounded this holiday season. Join us for a special yoga workshop focused on dealing with holiday stress! During this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn how yoga can help you feel more grounded and beat stress, try out stretches and restful poses, and learn breathing techniques to help you find calm within yourself no matter what's happening around you. The holidays can bring so much stress, especially as we spend time with family members with different beliefs and ideologies. We'll talk through practical tools to help you feel grounded as you head into gatherings and stress relief tools for after gatherings. This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience necessary. Join us on Sunday, November 16 at 5:30 pm at The Perch! You're invited to wear comfortable clothing you can move around in (i.e., yoga clothes, sweatpants, or other clothing you'd wear to the gym). If you have a yoga mat, you're welcome to bring it, but we also have plenty to share.
