Designed with two straps that help to snatch your upper and lower stomach (Disclaimer: coverage/length depends on individual body type)!  Sizing PLEASE BE AWARE THE WAIST TRAINER/VEST SIZE AND CLOTHING SIZE ARE NOT THE SAME, MEASURE YOUR WAIST BEFORE ORDERING! -In comparison to the Thicckk Fit Waist Trainer, the vest is not as long, in coverage/length as the waist trainer. -The vest does not provide full coverage for the "lower stomach/fupa area" (Disclaimer: coverage depends on individual body type)! -When ordering a vest, order your "waist trainer" size or one size down. -Our sizing is not based on height, weight, or clothing size.
