The new Bagger-Nielsen BN COBOT FLEX-KIT+ is a version of the BN COBOT FLEX-KIT with a longer hose, more holders, and an optional UNI-TOP, to make it perfect for the largest cobots on the market. The Bagger-Nielsen BN COBOT FLEX-KIT+ comes with four uniquely designed Conduit Holders that can easily be mounted on the robot arm, regardless of diameter and shape. They are mounted either with the supplied velcro straps or with your own cable ties, in case of particularly heavy loads. The Conduit Holders are fitted with a 360-degree swivel and tilt base, that reduces the load on the hose and provides less friction and extended service life. At the end of the hose, a Strain Relief Ring is mounted to allow individual cables and tubes to be fixed to the hose terminal if needed. The optional BN UNI-TOP XL attaches to the robot flange and allows the hose to exit right by your tool and to follow the tool when the robot moves and rotates.
