By purchasing this listing, you are getting a 30 minute, in person, postpartum sound bath, in the comfort of your own home~    Why do I need a sound bath? RELAXATION! A rest, reset, rejuvenation. Alone mama time, to just sit with your thoughts, surrounded by love, light, and the healing vibrations of the instruments. Everyone needs a sound bath, they just don’t know it yet. What instruments are used?I have many, but don’t always play each one every time, it’s all intuitive and person to person. Here is what I usually use: Quartz and brass singing bows, assorted drums, rain sticks, chimes, and a gong.     How long does it last?       30 Min.
