04/02/24 Sourdough Workshop (Tuesday 6:00pm)

Date: Tuesday April 2, 2024 Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Cost: $40.00 per person Curious about sourdough? If the answer is yes, come experience the art of sourdough with us! In this workshop, you will be taught the basics of sourdough starter, how to maintain it, mix it and what to watch for during fermentation. You will also be taught the basics of how to mix your starter into dough, shaping the dough properly and using different techniques of scoring your dough.  Everyone will leave with their very own mason jar of an active starter and their dough to bake at home themselves. You will also be given 3 recipes.  Please leave your phone number when you sign up! Please understand with sourdough bread the process of preparing for this workshop begins days before. If not notified 72 hours before the workshop begins that you are not able to make it there will be no refund or rescheduling for a future class. You can pick-up your starter, recipe and dough bowl on the next business day.
