Hand sewn with evenly distributed rice and your choice of organic lavender buds, our wraps provide relief for joint pain, cramps, and sore muscles.  100% cotton fabric | microwave safe | freezer safe - Our fabric is microwave safe. We recommend starting at 30 second intervals to determine your heat tolerance. DO NOT overheat as this can damage/burn your skin. Reheat once it starts to cool (about 30 minutes later). Place pack in the freezer for cool relief and inflammation.   Aromatherapy - We use natural, top grade dried lavender buds for a calming fragrance. NO harmful chemicals.
