Snuff Bottle: Sky Blue Beijing Glass Snuff Bottle

The bottle is of flattened rectangular shape tapering to to a raised oval foot. A large facet is carved on both of the flat sides.  The neck rises from the rounded shoulders and the top is flat.  It is matched with a similar glass cover encased in brass with a short brass spoon. Please note the cover is selected to match the color of the bottle but the spoon is too short for use in spooning the snuff out. When I was in Beijing in 2018, I noticed there were snuff shops situated in the city as well as the train station.  Perhaps the government is encouraging the use of snuff over smoking cigarettes.
