Chicken Backs

You may be thinking.. backs? You bet! Backs are a wonderful addition to broth and provide so much of the nutrients it needs. By buying a back you save yourself the trouble of saving the backs from the chicken you parted. These come two backs per pack and can be stored easily in your freezer until you need to make some broth. Each package ranges between 1.5 to 2 lbs., these backs are meaty! Our chickens are raised in a mobile coop that is moved to fresh grass each day. They have plenty of room to roam in the coop to scratch around, and eat as many bugs as they can find. Its Texas, and we aren't short on bugs so they get a good helping! We feed them a locally milled feed that is free of corn, soy, medication, and GMOs. We take great pride in these chickens so they always have fresh clean water, clean food, fresh air, and sunshine.
