Bison Honor Box

Our bison is raised right here in the panhandle close to the historic Quitaque, Texas by Caprock Bison Company LLC. They raise their bison using the most up to date methods, focusing on rangeland and pasture management as well as the conservation of the bison species as a whole. These bundles are ~10lb, ~20lbs, and ~50lbs and include various cuts in this breakdown, 10-15% You Choose!  - Prime Steaks including ribeye, filet, and strip steak 40-60% Hearty Cuts including sirloin steaks, tenderized round steaks, chuck and arm roast, chuck and arm steaks, stew meat, cutlets, tritip roast, ribs, etc 40-60% Fabricated cuts including ground beef, chili meat, and patties Honor the bison by eating with the whole animal and getting to experience a wide range of amazing and flavorful cuts including favorites like ribeyes, strip steaks and filets as well as hearty cuts like roasts, chuck steaks, and tenderized round steak, along with the always easy to use ground bison.
