Fish Granular Seasoning

Perfect for elevating in the kitchen all sea food dishes. Risotto, soups, sauces and any dish. Dried Cod, shrimp and crab meats mixed with highly selected vegetables make this GRANULAR stock with its unmistakable sea taste perfect in Fish dishes, risottos ,soups and sauces. To flavour: for extra flavour, add the granular preparation directly to risottos, sauces, soups, main dishes and steamed vegetables. It dissolves instantly. For broth: dissolve 20-22 g of granular preparation in 1000 ml of boiling water and boil for a few minutes. Ingredients: Salt, potato maltodextrin, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate E621, disodium inosinate E631, disodium guanylate E627, partlially hydrogenated palm oil, dehydrated fish and shellfish in variable quantity (6%) (cod, shrimp, crab),onion, yeast extract, natural flavours, caramel colouring (E150), spices, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
