AD-3283 FLUORINATED ENGINEERING FLUID

AD-3283 is a direct replacement for 3M Fluorinert FC-3283 offering the same chemistry and physical properties.  AD-3283 is also offered under the trade names XP-3288 & TF-3288 in various parts of the world.  AD-3283 is the best material for unidirectional thermal conductivity applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, such as etchers, ion implanters, testers and others.
