100% Pure Maple Sugar
Crafted from pure maple syrup reduced to its crystalline form, this 100% Pure Maple Sugar delivers concentrated maple flavor without any additives or fillers. It can be used to enhance foods, as a main ingredient (in rubs, sauces, and marinades), or even as a substitute for granulated (white) sugar. Its a great topping for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, fruit, and much more. Use it to flavor meats such as chicken, fish, ham, and pork. Sprinkle a little in your coffee or tea or use it to sweeten your cocktails, mocktails, or other drinks. How it's made: Using our own maple syrup, we boil to 257-262 degrees Fahrenheit.
