Add a unique, natural sweetness to your favorite dishes with our 100% pure Massachusetts Maple Syrup. We tap and collect sap directly from our maple trees. Keeping with the traditional method of making syrup, the sap is boiled over a wood-fire, using trees harvested from our own property. Our syrup provides a wholesome, all-natural flavor to your meals. Pure maple syrup contains a variety of vitamins and minerals and is high in antioxidants.  Just like honey, maple syrup gets darker throughout the season. A maple tree must be around 45 years old before it is able to be tapped for syrup making. It takes roughly 50 gallons of sap to produce 1 gallon of syrup.  In order to collect sap, the temperature must be below freezing (32°F) at night and above 40°F during the day.
