Antique Victorian Églomisé Parlor Painting, c. 1890-1910

- Dimensions: 13.75" x 13.75" x 1"- One of our favorite finds of all time, this jewel-like painting features a Gilded Age parlor scene, complete with elegant ladies in sorbet-hued gowns and chic decor, including a Louis XV vitrine table, chinoiserie chair and folding screen, and animal skin rug. - This is a painting done on glass, an example of the églomisé technique. - Housed in its original frame, this exquisite work dates to 1890-1910. - This piece is in very good antique condition, showing signs of wear consistent with age and use.
