I've ran into the issue myself many times, and this should have been done long ago. If you have 12mm legs, this allows you to run a 10mm axle. CNC alum, installs in seconds. Great for the guys looking to run japan wheels/10mm axle on taiwan style legs. Simply slide these into the legs before installing the axle. Easy peasy. 1 order comes with 2 shims.
