If you have an existing brand standard, with a logo and look/feel in mind, the I would be happy to build out a custom Shopify theme for your online business to your specifications. Following an initial kick-off meeting to clarify broad vision and specific goals, a wire-frame layout, with design and user-interface notes, would be fleshed out into a fully functional Shopify store. This assumes that the desired look and feel has been conveyed in some kind of creative briefing document (if you don’t have one—or know what one is—then I can supply my preferred blank for you to complete.) A store consists of the following primary templates, which would be produced as deliverables at weekly intervals, with associated milestone payments: Index (home) & Static (“About us” etc.) Pages banners & sliders featured page/collection/product links recent blog/news excerpts mailing list sign-up tight social integration Collection pages intuitive pagination and scrolling options advanced sorting/filtering Product pages user-specified <meta> tags product image switching & zoom smart social sharing This is a full service offering. I would also provide assistance with payment & shipping provider selection, integration and set-up; DNS config for custom domains; 3rd-party app integrations for accounting, marketing and customer relationship management. Optional Extras To round out your custom theme you may want to consider the following optional services: tailoring of the enclosed checkout process Shopify uses a unique, enclosed, checkout process. The hosted nature of these pages ensures their security. I can create a custom checkout.css file to align these pages to your overall theme styling. See Checkout.css for further information. styled HTML email notification templates By default your customers will receive plain text notification emails when they place an order and when that order is updated (e.g. with shipping info, tracking numbers etc.) I can create professional custom branded HTML email templates that you can use in their place. theme-based customer accounts styling Shopify’s Customer Accounts are not activated by default. If you want to give your customers the ability to access their order history information, update their address and payment details, and have that available to them pre-filled on their next checkout order form, you can do that at the flick of a switch. If you want those pages to be styled in-line with your theme, I can do that too!
