SKU: SAF62032 IONIC Throwlines are manufactured from hardwearing 600D Ripstop fabric to ensure a rugged and durable construction. The main body of the Throwline is a one piece design that provides added strength and durability which reduces mechanical wear and tear on the bag. The Throwline bag is fully lined and fitted with a foam insert for additional buoyancy which is especially useful when operating in a substantial flow. They also have a wide neck/collar design for easier reloading following deployment. The Throwline fulfils the requirements of NFPA:1983-2017 as a floating rope designed to be thrown to a person during water rescues or as a tether for rescuers to entering the water to perform a rescue. The Throwline is supplied with a 10mm (3/8”) PP/Dyneema floating rope has a minimum breaking strength of 20Kn.
