Jugs of Pure Maple Syrup

Maple Syrup filled in our BPA Free, FDA Approved Tucker Maple Sugarhouse plastic jugs.  Made at Tucker Maple Sugarhouse located in Westford, VT.  Your choice of golden delicate Vermont maple syrup (Vermont Fancy); amber rich Vermont maple syrup (A Medium); or dark robust Vermont maple syrup can be purchased in various sizes: half pint, pint, quart, half gallon, gallon, and 5 gallon jugs. Our maple syrup is produced in a food allergen free sugarhouse. Below is the grading system for pure maple syrup.  Please note that one of the factors for grading maple syrup is the light transmittance which has a range for each grade.  This can play a factor in when you buy a jug of let's say Amber Rich it can vary in color within it's own grade.  These standards were set by the IMSI (International Maple Syrup Institute): Golden Color/Delicate Flavor  (Vermont Fancy):  Range 75.0 - 100.0 (% Transmittance) Usually made at the beginning of the new maple season.
