115 Day Conventional

With similar characteristics to our 110 Day Conventional Corn, the 115 day adds a little bit more height and on average (with the same yields) with more potential in good-excellent soil. This is a fantastic choice for the California Central Valley to the Texas Plains. Good drought tolerance along with green canopy cover for stand vigor.   Our Tug-of-War 115 day conventional corn seed is great for those looking to add another feed or even silage option to their farm.  Tug-of-War Corn is a tender, GMO free, warm-season annual that is best planted after the soil temperature reaches 55°F (15°C), usually 2 or 3 weeks after the last frost in spring. Corn requires 60 to 100 frost-free days to reach harvest depending upon variety and the amount of heat during the growing season. Corn grows best in air temperatures from 60° to 95°F ((16-35°C).
