Available Sizes for Men and Women: Small/Medium (22" to 22-1/2" or hat size 7 to 7-1/8) with Stretchy Sweatband Large/Extra Large (22-3/4" to 23" or hat size 7-1/4 to 7-3/8) with Stretchy Sweatband To determine your hat size: Measure around your head with a soft tape or string, about 1/8" above your forehead and ears. Keep it snug but not tight. Choose the larger size if you fall between sizes.  Each hat comes with foam strips, allowing you to easily size down if needed.
