WHAT'S IN THE KIT?: -Tundrex 1.1 -5 boxes -Tundrex 3 - 1 Box -Tundrex 4 - 1 Box One person needs 5 (five) boxes of Tundrex 1.1, 1 (one) box of Tundrex 3, and 1 (one) box of Tundrex 4 per course. Repeat as necessary (every 12-24 weeks). You will also get maximum immunity as a bonus.Directions*: Take 10 capsules of Tundrex 1.1 per day for 25 days. For best results, take two capsules approximately every 4 hours, for example: at 7 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m., 11 p.m., or choose your own schedule.Once Tundrex 1.1 phase is complete - follow by taking 5 capsules of Tundrex 3 per day for 10 days. After that, follow by taking 5 capsules of Tundrex 4 per day for 10 days. Please try taking one capsule of Tundrex 3 or Tundrex 4 every four hours. The total course should take 45 days.* Continuous intake of Tundrex during the day maximizes its beneficial impact on your body’s microbiome. It is highly advisable, but not a requirement.
