We took a camo pattern mesh back adjustable ballcap, and laser engraved "LOCAL WARLORD" and an RPG onto a FULL-GRAIN cowhide leather patch. Then we LAMINATED it and SEWED it onto the ballcap, with industrial adhesive and heavy-duty thread. This thing ain't falling off.
