Salvia 'Arriba' is a free-blooming perennial that perfectly fits a small space. Short spires of red blooms entice hungry hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies, and the compact size of the plant means it can go into many garden spaces. Usually staying around a foot high, it works well in borders, cottage gardens, or in pots.
