Alternating Week Item.  Vegan. Fresh ground coriander and organic raisins make this bread a breakfast delight, a perfect afternoon snack, and takes grilled cheese/cheez sandwiches to the next level. Based on our Buckwheat Teff recipe. Pure sourdough. No psyllium, no gums, no added sugar, just delicious flavor and nutrition.  12-13 slices per loaf. Ingredients: Sourdough Starter (*fresh-milled organic brown rice flour, filtered water), *fresh-milled organic brown rice flour, *fresh-milled teff flour, *fresh-milled non-GMO sorghum flour, *fresh-milled organic buckwheat flour, organic raisins, *tapioca starch, *organic ground flax seed, *fresh-ground chia seeds, organic extra-virgin olive oil, *fresh-ground organic toasted  coriander seeds, salt, yeast.
