StinaFace Dual Force liner is a 2 in 1 eyeliner and eyelash adhesive. Formulated for a strong hold and all day wear. Waterproof, smudge proof and super black.   DIRECTIONS Step 1: Shake well before use. Apply liner on lash line. For extra hold apply 2 layers. Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer eye corners for maximum lash hold and to prevent lifting.
