2025 Fall tours

Visit the Aging Cave on our Sheep Farm  with a wagon ride to our aging cave!  This tour includes a charming wagon ride on a winding path through our acreage and up the hill to take a peek inside our cheese aging cave! Make it an extra fun day and add Valley Shepherd cheeses to your cave visit with a tasting tray! One tray is good for two people.  The trays are pre-order only.   Reservation cutoff time is Thursday am for Saturday and Friday am for Sunday tours. September 13 thru Nov 8- Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30pm Tours are rain or shine! No refunds or exchanges.  This tour takes about an hour+ and follows the following itinerary: Gallery: Introduction to VSC movie & questions. Peek into cheesemaking room, barn, and milking parlor. Approximately 15 minutes total.  Cave: Wagon ride to cave and back, with a walking tour inside the cave. Approximately 45 minutes total.
