Cheese Club 6 Months

They'll remember this for a while because every month for six months, a box containing amazing just released from the cave cheeses will arrive at their door.We make over 30 cheeses and each month the cave yields amazing new releases.During our weekly cave tasting we will select the best 3 releases for the week and cut into generous 1/2 Lb chunks.Three Cheeses per month will be accompanied by a detailed cheese maker and cave master notes, paired with a 1.5 oz jar of a matching condiment and enclosed in a special foil lined shipping box.When ordering, please tell us if you'd like a pure cheese club or a charcuterie substitution for three of the six shipments where we substitute one of our cured saucissons, made from whey fed, farm raised heritage pigs for one of the cheeses and make it a 2 cheese plus 1 meat box.The box, delivered by USPS priority 2 day will go out the 3rd Monday of each month for 6 straight months starting the same month if we get your order by the 10th or if later, wit
