Varizymes' ChromaLAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) diagnostic kits are a simple, fast, and economical way to test for a single pathogen species in 30 minutes or less with minimal equipment. As with TORCH mLAMP, our ChromaLAMP kits are powered by Varizymes' neoBolt™ Bst DNA Polymerase, an enzyme uniquely engineered for high strand-displacement and reverse transcriptase activity. Designed with in-field diagnostic work in mind, the test is quick and simple: lyse the sample and add to our proprietary master mix. Incubate at 68 °C/70 °C for 30 minutes and look for the color change.
