VariFi Pfu DNA polymerase is a thermostable, high-fidelity, archaeal DNA polymerase with strong 3’ to 5’ proofreading activity and delivers fidelity 52 times greater than Taq polymerase.. VariFi Pfu has been optimized for amplification of large amplicons and is suitable for high-GC content DNA substrates. This enzyme is supplied with a convenient 2X reaction buffer for improved amplification from GC-rich DNA templates and inhibitor-rich samples such as blood and microbial lysates.
