Its flavor is mild and tender with a subtle nutty sweetness. A great source of Vitamin K, along with Vitamins A, C, B & more! Planting Instructions: Plant Mâche seeds 1/4" deep in spring & fall. Thin to 4" apart. Or start indoors 4-5 weeks before transplanting in spring.Seed Saving Instructions: Allow robust Corn Salad plants to bolt and go to seed. Collect seed when fully dry and crumbly.
