The highlight of this squash is its delicious, smooth, stringless flesh! Perfect for baked goods, soups, stuffing and all your favorite recipes. It is also early-adapted for such a large squash, producing ample fruits in 3.5 months. This is a landrace squash with a variety of shapes and colors including pale blue-gray, green and orange.  Original seed from Pueblo Seed & Food.  Planting Instructions: Sow Pueblo Hubbard Squash directly in the ground after all danger of frost has passed & soil has warmed a bit.
