Cucurbita maxima Days to Maturity: 100-105 Pueblo Hubbard is a Colorado- and Southwest-adapted, low-water needs beauty. It may be grown dryland. The highlight of this squash is its delicious, smooth, stringless flesh! Perfect for baked goods, soups, stuffing and all your favorite recipes.
