Flowering Corn Stalk Bud Vase Pottery

This is a beautiful, late 20th century studio pottery vase by American artist Sarah Culbreth. This beautiful tan and blue-green glazed piece has an abstracted flowering corn stalk painted in blue on two sides. The bottom of this small vase is unglazed and is signed and dated by the artist: “Culbreth, 1986”. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips, or crazing. Small, original thumbprint imprint from artist near base (see last photo). Wear consistent with age and use. color tan, blue-green material glazed stoneware size (wxh) 3.5" x 5.5", 1" opening circa 1986
