It is set with an oval of jadeite which measures 16.2 mm north to south and 12 mm across and weighs about 9.61 carats, it sits 6.1 mm off the finger and narrows to 2 mm at the back of the band. This ring isn’t marked for the gold content, so we’ve carefully acid tested it as 14 karat.
