Kaffi, Icelandic for coffee, is a rotating single origin coffee that you can count on for your classic, everyday cup. Medium or medium dark roast. Currently, our Kaffi is a blend of natural and washed coffee from multiple farms in Cerrado in Brazil. The blend is called B56, because it took 56 iterations to make it! Suitable for all brewing methods. They developed one special blend specifically for pulling as espresso or as a base in espresso blends.
