The Wine Collective, Baltimore's first urban craft winery embodies the belief that "the greatest things are achieved when a community of people gathers to make something beautiful together." We couldn't agree more. Founders John Levenberg and Enrique Pallares created an epicenter where wine meets food – bringing together like-minded creatives and winemakers where collaboration is "at the center."   This wine is the uncommon yet brilliant marriage of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Petit Manseng grapes from the Tarara Vineyards in Virginia. It's creamy with some oak influence, pronounced acidity, and it rounds out with a clean, fresh and refined finish. Great for warm days and cool nights.
