3-Year Replacement Warranty

The VitaWatch warranty ensures that any defective part resulting from material or workmanship will replaced at no expense during the warranty timeframe. VitaWatch will bear all costs associated with the replacement of the defective component. To avail this warranty, simply forward us a photo or video of the issue to info@my-vita-watch.com, and we will provide a free replacement. This warranty remains valid for a duration of 3 years and is applicable to a single watch. Please be aware that the warranty must be acquired prior to the watch's delivery, and a maximum of two replacements are allowable. This commitment assures the sustained optimal performance of your watch for the specified duration. 1 Warranty is applicable to 1 Watch. Warranty is valid upon purchase before the watch's arrival.
