ComfortCare Sling

Formally known as the Comfort Recline, the ComfortCare sling was initially designed for amputee clients but studies have shown it is also the ideal solution for users who need to stay in the sling for extended periods of time. The comfortable, breathable, spacer fabric used in the ComfortCare sling helps reduce the risk of pressure sores and ulcers, most specifically on the gluteal area and the ischial tuberosity. The sling’s leg and shoulder loops include color-coded destination loops used for positioning the patient and adjusting the amount of recline. There is also a storage pouch containing inner thigh loops which can be used for added security.
